STUD CONTRACT

The stud fee must be paid in full before an attempt for tie/mating is allowed. If for any reason the stud fails to tie the female and the option to collect and manually insert the sperm is not utilized , POSH PETS will return the stud fee back immediately and before the dam owner leaves the premises.
The dam owner/representative signs this contract and agrees to all the terms listed in the Stud Services Information. Dam owner/representative understands that no other agreements are meant or implied and has filled out this form truthfully and to the best of his/her knowledge.
